President/CEO

The company's president and CEO is Oliver Carter who has over 40 years of networking and telecommunications and installations. Oliver has several years of management and field experience with companies such as Western Telecom, AT&T and Lucent. He has worked in the telecommunications field performing new phone line installations and repairs.He is no stranger to VoIP, digital and IP networks and PBX systems. He has also worked in large network plants and supported phone line and trunk equipment. He has owned and operated a small business and brings strong technical, management and customer service skills to the business.

Vice President/Chairman/COO

With little over 25 years of IT support, installation and repair experience, Dominick Carter brings to the business a very strong background, that includes, business management, finance, field services, project management, technical support, customer service, network administration, installations, rollouts, break/fix and business services. He has worked in data centers supporting silos, servers, mainframe clusters, PCs and all makes and models of printers. He has worked with companies such as Bellsouth, Compaq, HP, Siemens, IBM, and has an extensive knowledge of what makes an IT company succeed and how to meet and exceed customer satisfaction. He is also a certified technician in several areas of support and repair.
